Cozy Cotton Baby Lounger Nest

The Cozy Baby Lounger is a contoured cotton nest for newborns and babies up to around nine months. It gives your baby a shaped, snug place to lie that holds them in position instead of letting them slide about, so you can set them down somewhere comfortable and have both hands back.

What makes it different

• Soft and breathable fabric. A quilted 100% cotton outer, soft and quiet against new skin, with air moving through the quilting rather than sitting against your baby. The stars and moons are embroidered, not printed, so they do not fade out in the wash.
• Ergonomic contoured support. Four shaped zones hold the head and neck, the back, the hips and the legs, following the natural curve of a small body rather than pressing it flat.
• Raised bumper edge all the way round. A soft wall that keeps arms and legs in, and gives your baby something to push against during tummy time.
• Easy zip and carry handle. A full length zip takes the cover off in under a minute, and the handle lets you lift the whole thing one handed while your other arm is holding the baby.
• Machine washable, low maintenance. Cover goes straight in the machine on a cold gentle cycle and hangs dry. There is a side pocket too, for a phone, a pacifier or a muslin.
• Generous 29.9 x 23.6 in size. Room for a newborn to lie full length with space at the top and bottom, and light enough to move from room to room.

Where you will use it

Feeding and winding, with your hands free. Tummy time, where the raised edge takes some of the weight off their chest so lifting their head is less of a fight. Nappy changes in whatever room you happen to be in. And simply having your baby off the hard floor and beside you while you get something done.

Care

• Unzip and remove the cover. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.
• Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry away from direct heat.
• Spot clean the inner cushion rather than machine washing it, and let it dry fully before use.

Using it safely. This is a lounger for supervised awake time, so keep your baby in sight and within reach, and use it on the floor rather than on a bed or a sofa. Move your baby to their crib or bassinet for sleep, and stop using it for lying down once they can roll over on their own.
