At KinderFizz, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Support@KinderFizz.com with your order details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow **5–10 business days** for the refund to appear in your account

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used bath bombs
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a full refund (no return required in most cases)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. If still not received, contact us for assistance

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
